I remember reading my first "self-help" book.
I was 18 years old, the book was “Enthusiasm Makes the Difference” by Norman Vincent Peale. I didn’t know it at the time, but this book set the foundation for finding success in life and business, despite some fairly big setbacks. My mother would take me to business meetings when I was a young girl, and what I learned then has helped me launch and grow companies today.
I have proved myself to be a trusted sales professional, leader, and gifted certified executive coach who brings a wealth of experience, passion, and knowledge to help my clients succeed. My passion is empowering others towards success.

I gained experience as a sales executive in telecom and developed my love of homes working in the interior design field. It was my love of homes and working with people that attracted me to real estate in 2002.
As part of a top national firm, I earned numerous sales awards, while raising six children (I understand the delicate balance of keeping many plates in the air.). I have worked with 1000’s of clients in a variety of market conditions.
Yet, after the downturn of the market in 2007 I learned that there was more for me to do. It took me a couple years, but I took the steps to gain the education and certifications to become a kickass executive coach.
Through my experience, I learned how important effective communication is to achieving success for your team. I graduated Sigma Beta Delta in 2014 earning a double major in Business & Leadership and Organizational Communication. I then entered a real estate focused MBA program, and have earned national certification as a Professional Coach and Energy Leadership MP.

I now use this knowledge and experience to support, grow, and empower my team towards success while we help other leaders do the same through coaching, mentoring, and teaching.
